Suzanne has a proven track record in aligning business and talent strategy to drive business results as a consultant and coach over the past 25+ years at Right Management, BTS, Advantage Performance, and Advance Consulting, Omega Performance Consulting and as a people development leader at Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America. In addition to consulting on culture change, designing and facilitating numerous leadership programs and providing coaching, Suzanne built, led, and sold a successful learning company, focused on building consulting cultures and capabilities for Professional Service organizations. In her various roles, Suzanne has effectively led the growth of a company and teams, managed professionals, served as CEO for Advance Consulting Inc, and lead product development, marketing, sales, and overall strategy. Suzanne has taught as faculty and an adjunct professor at Foothill College, San Jose State University, the University of San Francisco, and NorthCentral University.
Suzanne holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of San Francisco, with a specialization in adult learning, curriculum and instruction and organizational leadership. Suzanne is certified as an Executive Coach from the Professional School of Psychology at the William Lyon Institute and a Certified Life Coach from Coaching International Institute. In addition, Suzanne has certifications in various 360s, Hogan Assessments, MBTI, Insight In-color, HBDI, NLP, Brief Strategic Therapy from MRI, Transition Management, and holds a PCC from the International Coaches Federation.

Suzanne is the author of The Consultative Approach, Partnering for Results! (Jossey-Bass), the leading book for those moving from technical/functional experts to consultants and business partners and Courage and Croissants, Inspiring Joyful Living! (St. Remy Press). She has also authored over 100 workshop and various articles and received the ASTD Dissertation of the Year award. Suzanne has presented at numerous national and global conferences, professional association meetings, and book signings.
Having spent many years being bi-continental between the San Francisco Bay area and France, Suzanne recently moved permanently to Languedoc, France, near Montpellier, living in her country home with her husband and mini-poodle, with occasional visits from her 22-year-old daughter. Suzanne loves to hike, travel, read, practice yoga, and enjoy quality time, continuing to improve her conversational French, eat delicious food, drink local wines, and paint “en plein-aire”. Suzanne values her friends and family, creativity, curiosity, life-long learning, personal growth, and career success.
